Before the EGP Offboarding Process can be initiated to decommission the Adorn EGP Production and Development Instances, the outstanding balance set forth in this election page must be addressed. The Client, by and through Saneeka Macon as Managing Director, must elect a payment posture for each open invoice. No decommissioning step (including DNS cutover, instance deprovisioning, data export delivery, and domain release) shall proceed until this election is recorded by the Client and counter-signed by EGP Leadership.
Election Options
Will Pay Today. Triggers immediate delivery of a payment link for the elected invoice and an offboarding green-light upon payment confirmation.
Need a Payment Plan. Triggers the EGP Compliance Team to draft a payment-plan addendum within forty-eight (48) hours. Offboarding proceeds upon execution of the addendum.
No Intentions to Pay. May trigger a collections referral and the Client's acknowledgment that the unpaid balance shall be reported to commercial credit bureaus, and that the Provider reserves all rights under Virginia law regarding breach-of-written-contract claims, including the four-year statute of limitations under Va. Code Section 8.01-246(2).
CANCELLATION FEE WAIVER — The $997.00 cancellation fee on this election page will be WAIVED IN FULL if the Decommission Agreement process (election submitted by Adorn AND counter-signed by EGP Leadership AND payment posture executed) is completed on or before 2026-05-20. After 2026-05-20 the fee applies as charged.
